Prep your eyelids : Make sure they're clean and apply a base or primer to intensify the highlights.

Apply the first coat : take the eyeshadow with your finger and tap it onto the eyelid to release all the pigmentation.

Intensify the effect : add a second coat or use a dampened flat brush for an even more metallic and luminous finish.
